Refund Policy

At J22 Crafts, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy that allows you to return items over $10.00 USD within 14 days. To initiate a return, simply reach out to us via email (j22crafts@gmail.com) with your order details, and we will guide you through the process. Items under $10.00 USD may be replaced or refunded depending on the individual circumstances.

 

Please note that if a return has been initiated, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for said item to be shipped back to us. If an item is to be replaced, J22 Crafts will pay for shipment back to the customer.​

Please note that items must be unused in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please reach out to us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund. We want to ensure that you have a positive experience with our shop, and we are here to assist you with issues that may arise.
